Complete telegram/postal mail system for RedM (VORP Framework) that allows players to create post office boxes, send and receive messages, attach items, and share access with other players.

Creating Sections

• Players can create their own post office boxes with unique names

• Customizable name (3-20 characters, letters, numbers, hyphens)

• Configurable cost to create a section ($30 by default)

• Maximum number of sections per player (3 by default)

Post Office Management

• See list of own sections

• View list of sections shared with you

• Delete P.O. boxes (delete all associated messages)

Messaging/Telegram System

• Send messages to any P.O. Box using its name

Message fields:

• Sender's P.O. Box: The P.O. Box you are sending from

• Recipient's P.O. Box: Who the message is addressed to

• Message: 10-1500 characters (configurable)

• Configurable sending cost ($1 by default)

• Option to send telegrams anonymously, The recipient will not see who sent the message

• Additional cost for anonymous sending ($8 by default)

• View list of received messages

• Read/unread message indicator

• Mark messages as favorites 

• Search for messages by subject

• Filter by: All / Favorites

• Delete individual messages

Attachment Items System

• Attach inventory items to telegrams

• Configurable maximum number of items per telegram (2 by default)

• Maximum quantity per item (50 stack by default)

• Select items from a visual inventory interface

• Full metadata support (durability, serial numbers, custom data)

• Additional cost for sending telegrams with items ($10 by default)

• Items are removed from the sender's inventory upon sending

• The recipient can claim attached items

• Inventory space is checked before claiming

• Claimed items are marked as "collected"

• Original metadata is preserved upon claiming

Post Office Box Sharing System

• Share access to your section with nearby players

• Limit of shared players (5 by default)

• Can read: View section messages (always active)

• Can delete: Delete section messages

• Can share: Share the section with other players

• View list of users with shared access

• Edit permissions for existing users

• Revoke user access

To install it is just paste the folder in your resources,  run install.sql and edit config with the adjustments of your preference and in your server.cfg ensure the script.
